At EverlyCase, we work to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Below is how our shipping operates.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant shipping details.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, the standard delivery time is 6–9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as the carrier, destination country or region, customs procedures, or periods of high demand.
EverlyCase cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping and Responsibility
EverlyCase is responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, although we will do our best to assist you in case of any issues.
In the event of a lost or undelivered package, the customer must contact us so we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution, such as reshipping the product or issuing a refund.
Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, EverlyCase may offer reshipment, with the customer responsible for the new shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before confirming the order.
In the case of special promotions, such as free shipping, these will be explicitly indicated in the store.
Customs and Duties
For international shipments, orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees according to the regulations of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer refuses the package or fails to complete the required customs procedures, any resulting costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
